Modest, cheap units provided with fresh towels, balcony plus queen beds. Exceptionally pleasant staff; efficient check in. And set right at a trolley bus stop.

Blimey, the indoor pool was a proper treat! Had a fab time splashing about with the kids, made their day. Just a shame parking was a right kerfuffle, always packed like sardines. But overall, it was a lovely getaway!

A must see hotel, I will be back. Staff is polite and you can park your car onsite.

Our getaway was echt super. The view from onze kamer was breathtaking, looking straight at the mountains. Service was top, always ready to help with a smile. Only minor dingetje, the wifi was a bit spotty in onze kamer, made it difficult to plan our hiking trips goed.

We were there for 3 days, everything was great, loved its amazing location so close to Gatlinburg, the creek. Got perfect, non-smoking room with jacuzzi tub.
Some people working there were not very friendly.

I really enjoyed my time at Sidney James Mountain Lodge. The location was perfect-just a short stroll to downtown Gatlinburg. The pools were a highlight. The outdoor pool was well-maintained and inviting. There was a lovely indoor pool with a warm atmosphere, great. The staff were friendly and helpful . I stayed in a spacious room equipped with a mini-fridge and a tv, convenient. The room showed signs of wear. The decor felt outdated, and the carpet could use a deep clean. Parking got crowded during peak times. I had a wonderful stay overall and would consider returning for the excellent location and friendly service.
